Each electronic order will be varified by the phone or e-mail and confirmed by the seller. Electronic order is valid unless it is filled with contact information (name, address of the person and invoice address, telephone).

The ways of transport:

  • Cash on delivery (for retailers and final users)
  • Czech mail package (for retailers and dealers)
  • PPL (for dealers)
  • Personal taking out of the ordered products in the seat of company
  • Personal taking out of the ordered products at a show

Terms of payment:

  • Cash on delivery (for final users)
  • Cash advance on the basis of a downpayment invoice (for retailers and dealers )

Delivery conditions:

Delivery for dealers means: every individual order of products Cool Medics® in minimum price of 2.000,- EUR net of VAT

Delivery for retailers means: every individual order of products Cool Medics® in the price to 2.000,- EUR net of VAT

Notice:

In aspects of price policy of our company as an exclusive representative Cool Medics® products for both Czech and Slovak Republic, we require to keep prices for final users.

All prices written on this web are final includes VAT (if there isn’t a different notice) and there isn’t any other payment added like postage, package or insurance. This is valid for shipping within the Czech Republic.

In case of shipping products to foreign countries, there will be additional costs according to the pricelist of the Czech Post included.

All orders made by one of the previous ways are binding. Ordering products the customer confirms that he or she got to know the trade and guarantee conditions and he or she agree with them.

A customer who ordered products Cool Medics® using one of the written ways agrees on gathering and keeping personal information about himself or herself and his or her purchase.Distributor pledges that s/he will not provide this information to no one. The customer is entitled to require to delete his or her personal information from the database if s/he asks for it on paper. Distributor pledges to delete all information about the customer from the database in three days from getting the application.

The customer must write the entire and right address where to send the ordered products. The customer must take the ordered goods and pay the whole price. S/he knows the whole price when s/he fills in the order and before confirming it. The customer becomes the owner of the ordered product Cool Medics® when s/he takes the cash on delivery. In the case of damage of the product and not taking over it by the customer, s/he pledges to write down a record about the damage at the place of receiving the product and inform the distributor about that to give the distributor a chance to seek redress.

The customer has the right to cancel the order or back out of the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods. If so s/he must send back the goods without any damage, in the original wrapping with all accessories and without any sign of previous using it on his or her costs within 14 days. / The date of delivering the goods is important./ The distributor gives the right amount of money back to the customer after receiving the goods in agreed way within 10 days.

The company MEDEA-CZ, s.r.o., Široká 2282, 68801 Uherský Brod is the exclusive representative of the company PINEAPPLE CLOTHING / COOL MEDICS, 3210 D Production Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92054, USA, for selling products Cool Medics® in the Czech and Slovak market. Cool Medics® is a registered trademark and the cooling fabric is a patent.

Buying of the product Cool Medics® the customer confirms his or her agreement with trade conditions of the company MEDEA-CZ, s.r.o, which are mainly:

  • To respect the price policy of the company MEDEA-CZ, s.r.o., concerning distribution of Cool Medics® products not by raising the price for final users.
  • Bought products Cool Medics® use only in that way they were made to.
  • Not to offer Cool Medics® products at shows or other public meetings without previous agreement with the company MEDEA-CZ, s.r.o.
