Conditions of Guarantee

Thank you for buying a Cool Medics® product. You can use these products for a long time to your full satisfaction, following instructions enclosed in instruction manual which contains each Cool Medics® product.

Our company as an exclusive importer of Cool Medics® products provides guarantee for Cool Medics® products in accord with the Trade Code (if the customer has an Identificial number) or in accord with the Civil Code (if the person is a final user). Cool Medics® products are guaranteed for two years. Hidden defects come under this guarantee which begins with the day of buying the product. The customer must check up the product when taking over it. Doing that he or she agrees with the number, quality and appearence.

Personal feeling that Cool Medics® product does not cool is not a reason for replacement it and putting back the money.

Guarantee does not come under goods:

  • Damaged (torn, cut, burnt, scratched, bitten, poured over and so on)
  • Damaged during transport (you can enforce that with the transporter while taking over the goods)
  • Damaged caused wrong using without following instructions or common rules for using, especially by demaging of the inner structure of the fabric as a result of wrong activation when the product was immersed in water for a longer time than is recommended.

Dealing with a complaint:

Every claim for replacement has to be done to the dealer on paper. The claim is handled at the dealer’s place. The customer has to write down the reason of the claim and enclose all coppies of buying papers. The way of handling of the claim will be done after agreement with a staffer of our company. Our company will handle the claim within 30 days from the receiving it.
